THE COMMERCIAL CO-OP

User License and Agreement

Please take a careful look at these terms to make sure you understand each part. This agreement means we have to settle disagreements through individual arbitration, not in a jury trial or as part of a group lawsuit.

1- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, Mobile app or using the Web App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms.

2- Subscription Plans (with 3 Months Free Trial)

Always Free
- It provides essential features at no cost, allowing users to access the platform, create a basic profile, and utilize public site listing inputs. While it offers limited functionalities, users can still benefit from fundamental tools for property exploration and basic collaboration within the real estate community.
CO-OPPORTUNITY MESSAGE BOARD
- It's not only encompasses all the features of the free plan, including profile creation, basic listing inputs, and property search capabilities, but it also provides an added advantage. Subscribers to this plan gain exclusive access to the Public Message Board, a dynamic space where active real estate brokers post their needs and announcements. This premium feature enhances collaboration by offering a platform for industry professionals to connect, share insights, and explore potential opportunities. Moreover, subscribers can take their experience on the go with the dedicated Message Board App, available for download on both Google and Apple stores. This comprehensive package is tailored to empower brokers with enhanced networking capabilities, making it a valuable asset for those looking to elevate their real estate endeavors.
Full Platform
- The Full Platform plan offers a comprehensive real estate experience, providing users with full access to both the web and mobile app. Subscribers enjoy unlimited property listings, the ability to seamlessly share listings with other brokers, and the convenience of generating and sharing professional brochures. With advanced features like comprehensive listing reports, CMA (Competitive Market Analysis) capabilities, and the option to create IDX (show your listings on your website through iframe with multiple search filters), users can showcase their properties with precision. The plan also facilitates real-time communication through live chat with brokers, utilizing the public message board for industry-wide collaboration. Stay informed with push notifications and set personalized alerts, ensuring you never miss a crucial update. The Full Platform plan is designed to empower real estate professionals with an all-encompassing toolkit for efficient, effective, and dynamic property management and collaboration.
Corporate
- The Corporate plan enhances the offerings of the Full Platform by including additional functionalities tailored for the corporate sector. It encompasses all the features of the Full Platform plan while introducing specific tools for managing multiple users, listings, and payment plans. Designed for organizations requiring multiple user accounts with varying permissions, users can select the number of broker accounts they need. The plan features a comprehensive corporate dashboard, empowering administrators to efficiently create brokers and sub-admin users, streamlining the management of numerous property listings. With a focus on user customization, effective property management, and seamless payment plan administration, the Corporate plan provides an all-encompassing solution for corporate real estate needs.

3- Payments

Stripe Payment Gateway
- We utilize Stripe as our payment gateway. By subscribing to our plans, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms of service.
Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (Monthly/Yearly) according to the selected plan.
Automatic Renewal
- Plans are set to auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription settings in your account.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation
  - You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds
  - We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. Refunds are only applicable in cases of technical malfunctions or billing errors.

4- IN-APP PURCHASES (IOS App Only)

The App offers in-app purchases. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to pay the specified fees and comply with the terms and conditions set by the apple. Terms of use are given below:

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
If you choose the monthly plan, you'll be billed $12.99 every month. For the yearly plan, you'll be charged $149.99 every year.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

5- USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

6- CONTENT SUBMISSION

By submitting content through the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

7- PRIVACY

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy . By using the App, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

8- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the App or the in-app purchases.

9- TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of this Agreement.

10- GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of US Govt.
